Steve joined Callcredit in September 2016 and has extensive experience in driving commercial success, customer advocacy and delivering major transformational change. He has worked across multiple sectors including telecoms, financial services, banking, leisure and multichannel retail.
Prior to joining Callcredit, Steve was Chief Information officer at KCOM Group Plc, the specialist communications and IT services provider. He has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, O2 (formerly BT Cellnet), Equifax and Bradford & Bingley.
Steve’s core focus is helping to implement Callcredit’s growth strategy and value creation plan. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group continues to deliver high levels of customer service while further improving the Group’s leading edge operational architecture and technology platforms.
